Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels. 

Digital Marketing

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

  • Proficiency with various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook & X.

  • Online lead generation

  • Communication campaigns

  •  Regularly monitor social media channels, track KPIs, and prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance.

  • A creative mindset to develop unique and innovative social media campaigns and content ideas.

Content Creation:

  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging social media posts, articles, and visual content (images, videos, infographics).


  •  A creative mindset to develop unique and innovative social media campaigns and content ideas.

CRM Marketing

  • Customer lifecycle communication strategies and campaigns across current channels to drive customer engagement and retention.

  • CRM communication calendars

  • Customer segmentation to maximize conversions

  • A/B testing of various content and creative deliverable to create optimization and enhancement opportunities        

  • Manage campaigns and run extensive campaign analysis

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand the company's vision, goals, and target audience.

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of our current brand elements and identify areas for improvement and enhancement.


Overall, a successful social media marketing candidate should be a well-rounded professional who can create and execute effective strategies while staying attuned to the dynamic nature of social media. They should have a knack for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to driving results and growing brand presence online


  • Bachelor's degree 

  • Knowledge of basic photoshop or any designing tools. 

  • Proven experience in website management, optimization, and SEO 

  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) 

  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google trends) and their practical application. 

  • Knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices. 

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, both within the team and with cross-functional partners.
